WD2000: Font Size Changes When You Open RTF File from Earlier Word Versions (262028)

In Word 2000, when you open a document that was created in an earlier version of Word and saved in Rich Text Format (RTF), the font size for some text changes.
CAUSE
In Word 2000, the default font size changed from 12 point to 10 point. As a result, RTF files that do not contain an explicit setting for the default font size use the new internal default.
