Media Guide in Media Player 7 Is Unreadable (261876)

SYMPTOMS

When you view the media guide in Media Player 7 or 7.1, the text and images may be unreadable.

CAUSE

This issue may occur if the text size in Microsoft Internet Explorer is set to Largest, and the Ignore font sizes specified on Web pages check box in the Accessibility window has been selected.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
  1. Start Internet Explorer, and then on the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
  2. Click the General tab, and then click Accessibility.
  3. Click to clear the Ignore font sizes specified on Web pages check box, and then click OK.
  4. Click OK.
