Menus and Tabs Are Not Visible in Magnifier Help (261835)

SYMPTOMS

When you start Magnifier Help, you may be unable to view the menus and tabs.

CAUSE

This issue occurs because the menus and tabs are hidden by the Magnified view window.

RESOLUTION

To work around this issue, move the Magnifier window to a position where you can see the menus and tabs, and then reposition the Help dialog box before you use the Magnifier window. Note that you must repeat this procedure when you try this again, because the window positions are not saved, and are returned to the default location.
