When you are installing the Microtek Scan Wizard software with the parallel port option (SimpleSCSI) for the Microtek Phantom 330 EPP scanner, the following error message may appear:
Unable to locate NT Port Driver.
RESOLUTION
Click OK to continue Setup. No functionality is impaired. The Phantom 330 scanner should work correctly after you restart the computer.
