SYMPTOMS
When you use the Kensington VideoCam Universal Serial Bus (USB) camera to capture video, the frame sampling rate may be poor (about two or three frames per second). You may also receive error messages.
When an error message is displayed, or when you check Faultlog.txt, if you press ALT+D, the following details are displayed:
Trap 13 (0DH) - General Protection Fault 0000
