Changes to Pictures Opened with the Scanner and Camera Wizard Are Not Saved (261632)

SYMPTOMS

When you use the Scanner and Camera Wizard to open a picture that is stored in your camera, the image is displayed in Edit mode. If you make changes to the image, and save the image, the revisions are not saved.

RESOLUTION

This issue occurs because the camera does not accept data from the computer; the camera is a read-only device.

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, export the picture to your computer, and then make changes to the image.
