Only 640x480 Screen Resolution Is Available with the 3D Prophet DDR-DVI Video Card (261592)

After you install Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition (Me) and a 3D Prophet DDR-DVI video card onto your computer, you may not be able to increase the computer's screen resolution to greater than 640x480 pixels.
CAUSE
The Windows Me video card drivers are not fully compatible with the 3D Prophet DDR-DVI video card.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, install 3D Prophet device drivers from the CD-ROM that came with the 3D Prophet DDR-DVI video card. To change the device driver, follow these steps: - Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
- Double-click Display.
- Click the Settings tab, and then click Advanced.
- Click the Adapter tab, and then click Change.
- Click the location of the driver.
- Insert the manufacturer's CD-ROM, and then click Next.
- Follow the instructions on the computer screen to install the device driver for the video card.
