Cannot Select Menu by Using the Keyboard in Msinfo32 (261570)

When you run the Msinfo32.exe tool, you cannot use the LEFT ARROW or RIGHT ARROW keys to move among the top-level menus. You can use the UP ARROW and DOWN ARROW keys to select commands on the menus.
RESOLUTION
Use keyboard shortcuts or the mouse to select the menu you want. The keyboard shortcuts for Msinfo32 are:
ALT+L = File menu
ALT+D = Edit menu
ALT+I = View menu
ALT+O = Tools menu
ALT+P = Help menu
