Microsoft System Information File Does Not Display Node Contents (261524)

SYMPTOMS

When you try to open the Microsoft Office 2000 node in a Microsoft System Information (.nfo) file, you may receive the following error message:
Cannot Display Information

CAUSE

This issue can occur if the .nfo file was created on a computer with Office 2000 installed, but the computer that is being used to view the .nfo file does not have Office 2000 installed.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, view the .nfo file with a computer that has Office 2000 installed.
