FP2000: Marquee Component Not Available to Insert onto Web Page (261280)

SYMPTOMS

When you try to select the marquee component to insert on a Web page, the Marquee command on the Insert menu is unavailable (appears dimmed).

CAUSE

This behavior is caused by the options selected on the Compatibility tab of FrontPage (on the Tools menu, click Page Options).

Netscape Navigator does not support the marquee component of FrontPage. If the Browsers setting on the Compatibility tab includes Netscape Navigator, the marquee selection is unavailable.
