When you attempt to join an online video conference while configured for Windows 2000 multiple-monitor support, the local video stream is not displayed and a yellow icon containing the following message is generated underneath the local video:
An unexpected error occurred
RESOLUTION
Clients configured with the multi-monitor configuration must install the DirectX 8 drivers.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Windows 2000.
