SYMPTOMS

When you view the current task description in the Active Setup dialog box, the description may be truncated or may not be displayed correctly.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur when the font settings increase the spacing or height of the displayed text.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, open Internet Explorer before you attempt the upgrade, click Text Size on the View menu, and then change the setting to Medium or Smaller.
