FIX: Use of Java/COM components in COM+ enabled systems can cause delays (260353)

In COM+ enabled systems (currently, Windows 2000), if you use a Java/COM object that is registered as a COM+ object or use a Java/COM object from a COM+ object that requires synchronization, this can cause three-minute delays.
CAUSE
The asynchronous release of objects by the Microsoft virtual machine (Microsoft VM) and its use of COM+ context architecture in the process are contributing to the three-minute delays, which might it appear as if system has stopped responding.
RESOLUTION

This problem is often reproduced if you create COM+ registered components and execute method calls on the components by passing Active Server Pages (ASP) intrinsic objects from ASP.
