OL2000: Error When You Open a vCard that Is Attached to a Signature (260189)

When you attempt to open a vCard that is attached to a signature, you may receive the following error message:
Can't open file: (path). The file may not exist, you may not have permission to open it, or it may be open in another program. Right-click the folder that contains the file, and then click Properties to check your
permissions for the folder.
CAUSE
This problem occurs if the Wab32.dll (version 5.0.2919.6600) file is on your computer.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, apply the "OE Fix for vCard" from the Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release 1 (SR-1) Update CD-ROM. The following resolution is only available from the CD-ROM. If You Use Microsoft Windows 2000- Start the Office 2000 SR-1/SR-1a Update CD-ROM.
- Locate the Support folder.
- Double-click the Oa4514.exe file, and then continue to follow the instructions in the wizard to complete the installation.
If You Use Either Microsoft Windows 95, Microsoft Windows 98, or Microsoft Windows NT 4.0- Start the Office 2000 SR-1/SR-1a Update CD-ROM.
- Double-click the Support folder.
- Double-click the Non2000 folder.
- Double-click the Q248120.exe file, and then continue to follow the instructions in the wizard to complete the installation.
How to Obtain the Office 2000 SR-1/SR-1a Update on CD-ROM
You can obtain the Microsoft Office 2000 SR-1/SR-1a on a CD-ROM. This CD-ROM contains the complete SR-1/SR-1a Update, as well as a version of the SR-1/SR-1a Update that is designed to update administrative installations of Office 2000.
