You can use Internet Explorer Administration Kit (IEAK) 5.5 to build a Corporate Administrator package that allows users who do not have administrator privileges to complete the Internet Explorer installation after the reboot.
In previous versions of Internet Explorer, users are required to have administrator privileges to start and complete the installation.
