When you try to start the either of the following programs that are included with the FloorPlan 3D Design Suite, you may receive a general protection (GP) fault error message:
- Home Design Encyclopedia
- Landscape Architect
CAUSE
This issue can occur if you are using an outdated driver with your Matrox G200 video adapter.
RESOLUTION
