PUB2000: PostScript Error Message When You Print to a Linotronic Imagesetter in Windows 2000 (258753)

SYMPTOMS

When you print to a Linotronic imagesetter or you process a PostScript file from the Linotronic imagesetter by using the Adobe Acrobat Distiller, you may receive the following PostScript error message:
OFFENDING COMMAND: colspRefresh
NOTE: You may also receive this error message in programs other than Publisher 2000.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, install the MS Publisher Imagesetter printer and print directly to the Linotronic imagesetter.

NOTE: When you print directly to the imagesetter, you may lose some imagesetter functionality, but the file does print correctly.
