SYMPTOMS

When you try to view a Web page, you may receive the following error message:
This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If the problem persists, contact the program vendor.
If you then click Details, you may receive the following error message:
Iexplore caused an invalid page fault in module unknown at: address

CAUSE

This issue can occur if the NetZip program by Software Builders International is installed on the computer.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, uninstall NetZip.
