Baseball 2001: Setup Stops Responding (258554)

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to install Microsoft Baseball 2001, Setup may stop responding (hang).

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if the Gravis Xperience software version 2.1 is running on your computer.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, quit the Gravis Xperience software before you install Baseball 2001:

  1. Press CTRL+ALT+DELETE.
  2. In the Close Program dialog box, click Dbserver, and then click End Task.

    If you receive a message that the program is busy or not responding, click End Task again.
  3. Install Baseball 2001.
