MNK Pro: The Mail hotkey displays new mail message, not AOL MailBox (258269)

SYMPTOMS

When you press the Mail hotkey on one of the keyboards listed in the "Applies To" section to open the America Online (AOL) MailBox, a new mail message window may be displayed instead of the AOL MailBox.

CAUSE

This issue may occur if the following conditions are true:
  • BPS Powertools is enabled.
  • You are running the Microsoft IntelliType Pro software, version 1.1.
  • AOL version 5.0 is installed on your computer.

RESOLUTION

To work around this issue, close BPS PowerTools.
