SYMPTOMS

When double-click a mail item in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Outlook Web Access (OWA) to open it in a new window, there are no navigation buttons to the previous or next message.

WORKAROUND

Enable the Message Preview pane. With the Message Preview pane, you can select a mail item subject line in the upper pane and the message body is displayed in the lower pane.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
