SYMPTOMS

Microsoft Windows Media Player may cause a "Fatal Exception 0E" error message if the system goes to Suspend mode while Windows Media Player is playing an .avi or .mpeg file with Universal Serial Bus (USB) speakers connected. The fatal exception may occur when the computer resumes normal operation while playing an .avi file.
