OL2000: Custom Forms Are Replicated When You Use Net Folders (257756)

The information in this article applies to:

  • Microsoft Outlook 2000

This article was previously published under Q257756

SUMMARY

When you share a folder by using Net Folders, if you publish a custom form to the shared folder, it is replicated to the subscribers' folder as well.

MORE INFORMATION

There are limitations to sharing custom forms between different versions of Outlook. Because of this, Microsoft recommends that you design shared custom forms for the earliest version of Outlook that uses the form or shared Net Folder. Microsoft also recommends that all users of the shared Net Folder use the same version of Outlook.
