DVD Playback Not Supported on Secondary Monitor (257743)

SYMPTOMS

When you play a DVD in a multiple-monitor configuration, the second monitor may be black. When you stop the DVD playback, the second monitor becomes active again.

CAUSE

This is a limitation in DirectDraw.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.
