Inconsistency with Group and Subgroup Membership (257704)

You cannot delete membership accounts when an upper-level group has the member's group as a subgroup. When you delete member accounts, you may experience a problem where the account is not deleted when it is executed. Also, when this problem occurs, you cannot add the same member to the group that it used to belong to.
CAUSE
This problem is caused by missing code that deals with subgroup membership. This problem may be encountered after you install Site Server 3.0 Service Pack 3.
