SYMPTOMS

When use the ViewCast Osprey 200 video capture card with the Windows Media Encoder, you may be able to capture video, but the audio is silent. No error messages are reported by either the Windows Media Encoder or the Osprey 200 capture driver.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, boost the audio signal input for the Osprey 200.
