After the Visio Installation Manager starts, you may receive the following error message:
VIM caused an invalid page fault in module MSI.dll
RESOLUTION
To resolve the problem, run VIM.exe.
To run VIM.exe:- Open the Program Files\Common Files\Visio Shared folder on your hard disk.
- Double-click the VIM.exe file.
