This release of Wab32.dll (version 5.00.3013.3100) addresses an issue that prevents Microsoft Outlook 2000 users from exporting or saving contact information to a VCF file. An earlier release of Wab32.dll (version 5.0.2919.6600) does not allow the export or save feature to work.

Updated Crypto Service Provider (CSP) for Outlook 2000 SR-1/SR-1a

This release of Exchcsp.dll contains bug fixes and improvements for Outlook 2000 SR-1/SR-1a. You need to apply this file if you have run the SR-1/SR-1a update over Outlook 2000, and you use encryption in Outlook.

To apply this update, follow these steps:
  1. Determine the strength of encryption on your computer.
    1. Start Microsoft Internet Explorer.
    2. On the Help menu, click About Internet Explorer.
    3. Under Cipher Strength, note your encryption strength (40-, 56- or 128-bit).
  2. Start the appropriate CSP installer.

    If the cipher strength was 40 or 56 bit, then run Out40.exe.
    If the cipher strength was 128 bit, then run Out128.exe.

Updated Comctl32.dll for Mini-Language Pack Installations

This update addresses a problem in languages using the Mini-Language Pack update version of Office 2000 SR-1/SR-1a. In some languages, after installing the Office 2000 SR-1/SR-1a Update, corrupted text may appear on the tabs of the dialog box for creating new files.
