XL2000: Multiple Euro Icons or "Subscript out of Range" Error When You Start Excel (257452)

When you start Microsoft Excel, you may see one of the following symptoms:
CAUSE
This behavior occurs when you do the following:
- You start Excel, click Add-ins on the Tools menu, click Euro Currency Tools, and click OK to install the Euro Currency Tools add-in.
-and- - You do one of the following:
- You customize the Formatting toolbar and move the euro formatting button to a new location.
-or- - You customize the Formatting toolbar so that it has fewer than 10 buttons.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a).
