The "msNPAllowDialin" attribute in Active Directory is for the user remote access dial-in permission. You can set it with a script by using the LDAP provider of the Active Directory Services Interface (ADSI) or other LDAP-enabled software.

This attribute takes effect only for Windows 2000 servers in a Native-mode environment. For a Mixed-mode environment or a Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 RAS server, use the Windows NT provider to set the user RAS dial-in permission.
