SYMPTOMS

After you uninstall Mobile Audio Player Manager version 1.5, Windows Media Player may need to redownload some codecs.

CAUSE

When you uninstall Mobile Audio Player Manager 1.5, the uninstaller may remove the Voxware, Acelp, and Mpeg Layer-3 codecs.

RESOLUTION

Reinstall Windows Media Player to replace the codecs.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
