This article describes what happens if a COM+ Queued Component (QC) server CLSID changes and there are QC messages waiting to be executed that use that CLSID.

When this occurs, no error messages are sent to the client, and no events are logged in the event log. The QC messages that are sent to the queue are transferred to the Retry queue and eventually to the Dead queue.
