OLEXP: Busy Pointer When You Drag Text Between E-Mail Messages (257195)

When you drag text from one e-mail message to another, you may see a busy pointer when you move the pointer over the target e-mail message.
CAUSE
This issue can occur when you click the right mouse button to drag the text.
NOTE: You might expect to see a context menu when you release the mouse button.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, copy the text from one e-mail message to the other.
- Click to select the text you want to transfer, and then click Copy on the Edit menu.
- In the target message, click Paste on the Edit menu.
