ALT+PLUS or ALT+MINUS Causes Beep in Print Preview (257115)

SYMPTOMS

When you press ALT+PLUS or ALT+MINUS on the keyboard to control the print preview zoom level in Internet Explorer, you may hear a beep.

The print preview page should zoom to the next level when you hear the beep.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, use the Zoom In or Zoom Out buttons on the toolbar.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
