When you try to drag an address from the Internet Explorer Address box to the Organize Favorites window, you hear a beep and the address does not appear in the Organize Favorites window.
RESOLUTION
To copy an address from the Address box to your Favorites:
- In Internet Explorer, click the Favorites button on the toolbar.
- Drag the address from the Address box to the Favorites pane or to a folder in the pane.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
