XADM: System Mailbox Is Displayed in User List When Adding a Key Management Server Administrator (256522)

SYMPTOMS

When you add a Key Management server (KM server) administrator, all of the Exchange Server system mailboxes are displayed (as if they are available to be added) in User List.

CAUSE

This problem can occur because the process that filters the users cannot filter out the Exchange Server system mailboxes.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
