SUMMARY

If Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Setup fails during schema updates, the Exchange Setup progress log references the Ldif.err and Ldif.log files.

By default these files are set as hidden. To view the files, on the Tools menu, click Folder Options, click View, click Hidden Files and Folders, and then click Show Hidden Files and Folders option.

The files are located in the Documents and Settings\AccountName.DomainName\Local Settings\Temp folder.
