XCLN: Low Memory Error Message When You Try to Access Custom Forms in Outlook (256118)

SUMMARY

When you try to access a custom form in Outlook, you may receive the following error message:
Unable to display the dialog box. No pages in the property sheet due to low memory. Close some windows or programs.

You receive this error message because the correct add-in from the Add-In Manager is either not installed or not enabled.

To access the Custom Forms property page, install or enable the Exchange Extensions property pages.
  1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
  2. On the Other tab, click Advanced Options, and then click Add-In Manager.
  3. Click to select the Exchange Extensions property pages check box.

    If Exchange Extensions property pages is not in the Add-In Manager box, click Install, and then click the Emsuix2.ecf file.
After you either install or enable the Exchange Extensions property pages, you can access the custom forms page without receiving the error message.
