XCCC: Unable to Book Online Conferences Longer Than Eleven Months (255729)

SYMPTOMS

When you are attempting to book an online conference for a period of longer than eleven months, you may receive the following error message:
Exchange Conferencing Resource is already booked for the specified time. You must use another time or find another resource.
The free/busy information of the Exchange Conferencing Resource indicates that this resource is available, but you are still unable to book the meeting.

CAUSE

The publishing range of the Exchange 2000 Conferencing Service is from the first day of the previous month to one year from that date. If you attempt to book a meeting request that extends beyond this range, you receive the error message.

RESOLUTION

Shorten the meeting request to fall within the free/busy publishing range.
