XWEB: Recurring Meeting Sent to a Public Calendar Is Not Expanded or Viewable (255452)

Meeting requests with a recurring appointment sent to a mail-enabled public folder calendar do not show up when you use Outlook Web Access (OWA) to view them. When you use Microsoft Outlook, you can see these recurring appointments but they appear as tentative meetings. However, when you use OWA, you can see recurring appointments or meeting requests without recurring appointments that are created directly in the folder.

The public folder calendar cannot accept or decline a meeting request so the recurrence cannot be expanded. OWA and the public folder calendar are both working as designed. The OWA view is filtered to show appointment objects, not meeting requests.
