XWEB: Addresses Are Displayed in the Wrong Order in the Outlook Web Access Contact Folder (255389)

SYMPTOMS

When you create a new contact using Microsoft Outlook and then view that contact with Exchange 2000 Outlook Web Access (OWA), the addresses in the Business, Home, and Other boxes are displayed in the wrong order. This issue occurs when there are addresses in all three boxes.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.

MORE INFORMATION

In Outlook, by default, the addresses are displayed in the following order:
  • Business
  • Home
  • Other
However, in OWA the same addresses are displayed in the following order:
  • Home
  • Business
  • Other
