XWEB: Right-Click Pop-up Menu Icons Do Not Appear (255321)

SYMPTOMS

When you are using Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Outlook Web Access (OWA) with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 and you right-click a folder in the folder list, a pop-up menu appears with text-only options. The pop-up menu does not display the corresponding icons.

RESOLUTION

This can be safely ignored because the presence of icons on the pop-up menu does not affect the functionality of OWA.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
