XWEB: Unable to View Entire File Name of Attachment in Outlook Web Access (255310)

SYMPTOMS

When you open a new e-mail message in Exchange 2000 Outlook Web Access (OWA) and attach a file, the file name displayed may be truncated, regardless of the browser you are using.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because OWA does not limit the length of long file names that are displayed.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
