FIX: Memory Leak in OLE Automation for Visual SourceSafe (255230)

When you call Get (GetVSSItem function) from the Visual SourceSafe OLE Automation interface, there is memory that is not released.
CAUSE
The reason for this problem is that there is a memory leak in the VSSItem::Get function.
