Font Size Settings Not Retained in Internet Explorer and Outlook Express (255062)

SYMPTOMS

When you restart the computer or simply restart Internet Explorer, you may find that the font size in Internet Explorer or Outlook Express is different from the settings in that program.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this behavior, on the View menu, click Text Size, and then click a size from the menu.

MORE INFORMATION

In earlier browser versions, you are able to control the font size by setting the size in points. However, in Internet Explorer 5, you must use the font sizes available on the Text Size menu.
