When you browse to a customized home page on http://www.msn.com, you may find that Internet Explorer stops responding.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur when the cookie that stores the custom information becomes corrupted.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, delete all cookies from your hard drive.
Reinstalling Internet Explorer does not resolve this behavior.
