Outlook Express for Macintosh has a feature called Address AutoComplete. When you start to type an e-mail address, Outlook Express suggests possible addresses from the address book.
If a contact in the address book has more than one e-mail address, a small triangle appears to the right of the name. When you click the triangle, a list of the available addresses for the contact appears. When you import addresses from a tab-delimited file into Outlook Express, they do not function as expected. Only the primary account is displayed.
WORKAROUND
To work around this behavior, open the address book and double-click a contact. Click the e-mail box, press SPACEBAR, and then press BACKSPACE. Save the contact. The address triangle should then work correctly.
