FIX: xp_trace_setqueryhistory not Flushed by Access Violation (254905)

SYMPTOMS
The last 100 events query history generated by enabling xp_trace_setqueryhistory is not written to the Blackbox.trc file when an access violation occurs.
WORKAROUND
Start a separate trace to monitor events coming to the server until the access violation occurs.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in SQL Server 7.0. This problem has been corrected in U.S. Service Pack 2 for Microsoft SQL Server 7.0.
