XADM: Installation of French Mailbox Manager on Cluster Server Does Not Work with 80004005 (254720)

If you try to install the Microsoft Exchange Server Mailbox Manager (French version) that is included with Exchange Server Service Pack 3 on a cluster server, the installation may not work with error 80004005.
CAUSE
This issue can occur if the Exchange Server virtual server name and cluster name are different.
