SYMPTOMS
If you installed Service Release B for Visio 5.0 before
April 27, 1998, two stencils may be missing from the Visio\Solutions\Visio
Extras folder. Check this folder for the following stencils:
- Custom Patterns - Scaled.vss
- Custom Patterns - Unscaled.vss
RESOLUTION
If you don't find the Custom Patterns stencils, download the
Patterns.exe file.

Microsoft scanned this file for viruses. Microsoft used the most
current virus-detection software that was available on the date that the file
was posted. The file is stored on security-enhanced servers that help to
prevent any unauthorized changes to the file.
Run the file, and then place the stencils in the
Visio\Solutions\Visio Extras folder.
